Declaration of consent for livestreaming the event

This event will be livestreamed via Zoom and it will be recorded and published on YouTube and the DUH-Website. If you, as a participant on site, ask a question or speak during the event, you consent to your contribution being recorded and published with images and sound. The same applies if you, as an online participant, are connected via Zoom for a spoken contribution. Questions and comments entered via the chat function will not be recorded. However, it is possible that your contribution will be read out by the moderator and your name and contribution will be recorded.

You can revoke this consent at any time, with future effect.

For participation in the event, Deutsche Umwelthilfe e.V. processes your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR. You can object to the processing of your data at any time at reuse@duh.de with effect for the future.

If you have consented to your contact details (name, organization, position) being passed on to other participants in the form of a list of participants, we will send this to all participants as a PDF by e-mail before the event in order to enable a professional exchange between the participants beyond the event. Your data will be passed on on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future at reuse@duh.de

  • After the event, you will also receive a summary of the content and results of the event as well as further information by e-mail. The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1) f) GDPR.

Information for participants on site

  • This is a face-to-face event that can also be attended online after prior registration. The event will be broadcasted live via video.
  • The presentations and panel discussions will also be recorded and later published on YouTube.
  • We would like to point out to persons present at the event that they may be seen and heard during the video transmission/recording. If you do not wish to be seen during the video transmission, please contact the event management in advance or on site.
  • During the event, photos and film recordings will also be made in which you may be visible. We process individual photos and film recordings for the purpose of reporting on DUH activities and publish them in social media, internet/website, press releases, newsletters and print brochures. The legal basis for this is Art. (1) f) GDPR. DUH has a legitimate interest in informing the public about association activities and its own events. If you have special reasons against the taking of photographs and film recordings in which you may be recognizable, please contact the event management or the photographer/camera team in advance or on site.

Information foronline participants

  • To conduct our online events, we use the Zoom video conferencing service in the Pro version 5.x with server locations exclusively in the EU or countries with an adequate level of data protection. This version has end-to-end encryption.
  • You can find more information on the use of Zoom here. Data processing in the context of the use of Zoom is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR. You will receive the link to the event and further information on participation by e-mail once you have registered.
  • This event will be livestreamed and recorded via Zoom and published on YouTube and the DUH website. If you are connected as an online participant for a spoken contribution via Zoom, you agree that your contribution will be recorded and published with image and sound. Questions and comments entered via the chat function will not be recorded.
